A press release dated Manama, Bahrain on the 19th of May 2008, announced the appointment of Mr Frank Hoareau as the Managing Director of its new offshore banking business in Seychelles – the BMI Offshore Bank. Until recently, Mr Hoareau was the Managing Director of Barclays Seychelles.
